Methods and purposes of data processing<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We inform you that data will be processed with the support of the following means:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information technology (management software, accounting, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electronic<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre-contractual and contract management to which the data subject is a party<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administrative and accounting purposes related to service contracts<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Remarketing and control of conversions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any refusal to allow data processing makes it impossible to implement the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Information about the services of Google Inc.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We use the Google Ads programme and Google Remarketing technology. Both are managed by Google Inc.. Google Ads conversion monitoring also uses cookies. To help us track sales and other conversions, a cookie is created when I click on an ad. This cookie lasts for 90 days and does not collect or monitor any personally-identifiable information. Legal basis<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data provision is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Categories of recipients<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual<br \/>\nobligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of subjects:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees and collaborators of the data controller in their capacity as authorised persons and\/or system administrators<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Credit institutions, professionals\/consultants\/collaborators (e.g.: accountants, lawyers, agents, IT services, shipments, auditing firms, etc.) &#8211; for legal obligations or for exclusive functional reasons in the context of executing the contract &#8211; that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the data controller, in the capacity of independent external data controllers or managers, appointed by the data controller itself<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Retention period<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mandatory data for contractual and accounting purposes is kept for the time necessary<br \/>\nto carry out the business and accounting relationship, in any case no longer than 10 years after the termination of the relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Rights of the data subject<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with European Regulation 679\/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, data subjects may, in the manner and within the limits provided for by current legislation, exercise the following rights:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so,<br \/>\naccess (Article 15 of (EC) Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Correction (Article 16, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation (Article 17, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limitation (Article 18, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portability, understood as the right to obtain the data from the data controller in a structured format of common use and legible by an automatic device, to send it to another data controller without impediment (Article 20, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opposition to processing (Article 21, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revocation of consent to processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent obtained before revocation (Article 7, par. 3, EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complaints to the data protection authority (Article 51 EU Regulation no. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exercise of these rights can be exercised by written notice to be sent to the data protection officer by PEC at istitutosantachiara@pec.it or by registered letter with return receipt at Via Campania, 5, 73100 Lecce LE.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Further purposes of data processing, legal basis, recipients, consequences of failure to provide data and storage periods<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company may handle audio recordings of the data subject for the management of educational and teaching activities and communication notices (sending information and advertising material, presentation of new products\/services, etc). The retention period shall be until consent is revoked. Base giuridica<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il conferimento dei dati \u00e8 obbligatorio per tutto quanto \u00e8 richiesto dagli obblighi legali e contrattuali.<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Categorie di destinatari<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fermo restando le comunicazioni eseguite in adempimento di obblighi di legge e contrattuali, tutti i dati raccolti ed elaborati potranno essere comunicati esclusivamente per le finalit\u00e0 sopra specificate alle seguenti categorie di soggetti:<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dipendenti e collaboratori del titolare nella loro qualit\u00e0 di persone autorizzate e\/o amministratori di sistema<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Istituti di credito, professionisti\/consulenti\/collaboratori esterni (es.: studi commercialisti, avvocati, agenti, servizi informatici, spedizioni, societ\u00e0 di revisione, ecc.) \u2013 per obblighi di legge o per esclusive ragioni funzionali nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019esecuzione del contratto \u2013 che svolgono attivit\u00e0 in outsourcing per conto del titolare, nella qualit\u00e0 di titolari esterni autonomi o di responsabili del trattamento, nominati dal titolare medesimo<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Periodo di conservazione<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dati obbligatori ai fini contrattuali e contabili sono conservati per il tempo necessario allo svolgimento del rapporto commerciale e contabile e comunque non oltre 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto.<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. UE n. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portabilit\u00e0, intesa come diritto ad ottenere dal titolare del trattamento i dati in un formato strutturato di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico per trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti (art. 20, reg. UE n. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opposizione al trattamento (art. 21, reg. UE n. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revoca del consenso al trattamento, senza pregiudizio per la liceit\u00e0 del trattamento basata sul consenso acquisito prima della revoca (art. 7, par. 3, reg. UE n. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proporre reclamo all\u2019autorit\u00e0 garante per la protezione dei dati personali (art. 51, reg. UE n. 2016\/679)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019esercizio dei premessi diritti pu\u00f2 essere esercitato mediante comunicazione scritta da inviare al responsabile della protezione dei dati a mezzo PEC all\u2019indirizzo istitutosantachiara@pec.it o lettera raccomandata A\/R all\u2019indirizzo Via Campania, 5, 73100 Lecce LE.<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Finalit\u00e0 ulteriori del trattamento dei dati, base giuridica, destinatari, conseguenze del mancato conferimento dei dati e tempi di conservazione<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019azienda potr\u00e0 trattare registrazione in audio dell'interessato per la gestione di attivit\u00e0 educativo-didattica e delle comunicazioni (invio di materiale informativo e pubblicitario, presentazione di nuovi prodotti\/servizi, ecc.).<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il periodo di conservazione \u00e8 fino a revoca del consenso.
